We love photo booths, and want your guests to experience the things that make them special. That’s why PixelPop includes the features that personalize your booth - without those extra fees. When you book with us, you get a whole experience and the memories made in those moments that matter most.
PixelPop offers simple, easy-to-book packages thoughtfully priced and built around the amount of photo booth time you’d like at your event. Pricing varies by package selection and starts as low as $450, with each experience designed to feel complete from the very beginning.
All of our standard packages include the photo booth features guests love most, plus a handful of thoughtful extras often offered as add-ons elsewhere.
From there, you can enhance your booth experience with any number of our signature Scene Stealers (scrapbooks, glam filters, custom props, custom backdrops, +++) and shape the kind of moments you want your guests to remember.
Then you can focus on what matters most: being fully present for the celebration.

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all prop table. We thoughtfully curate each selection to complement your event style, color palette, and overall vibe so the booth feels like part of your celebration, not an afterthought.

Not as much as you might think.
Most PixelPop setups fit comfortably in an 8x8 foot space and work best with access to a nearby outlet.
That said, every venue is a little different and we’re pretty creative when it comes to making a booth fit naturally into your celebration. Tight corner, hallway setup, unique layout? We’ll talk through the details together and find an option that works. Truthfully, we’ve yet to meet a setup challenge that’s gotten the best of us.
We typically arrive about an hour before your photo booth is scheduled to start to get everything set up, tested, and ready to go before guests even realize we’re there.
Setup and tear down can vary depending on the booth experience and any enhancements selected, as well as the details of the event itself. But everything is always factored into your timeline on our end and will never take away from the run-time of your booth.
That means as soon as the celebration begins, PixelPop is in place and you can focus on being present for it.

Guests receive printed photos right after their session, so there’s no waiting to take home a memory.
Additionally, photos can be delivered digitally via text, email, or by scanning a QR code after each session. Guests can opt-in to easily save, download, or share. Allowing guests to revisit those moments whenever they’d like.

Outdoor setups are no problem as long as there’s a flat, stable area where equipment can operate safely. We’re experienced with both indoor and outdoor events and come prepared to make sure everything runs smoothly.
If anything needs adjusting due to weather or layout, we’ll work with you and your venue to find a setup that keeps the experience easy and enjoyable for your guests.
We love a good road trip.
Yes, we absolutely travel throughout Arizona. We’re regularly providing booths across Phoenix and surrounding cities, as well as up north in Prescott, Sedona, and Flagstaff. You may even spot us in Tucson on occasion.
Just share your venue location and we’ll provide any travel fees upfront so everything is clear from the start.
We offer a range of packages designed to work with different event sizes and needs.
Most clients are surprised at how flexible options can be once we understand the details of their celebration. If you have a budget in mind, we’re happy to help you find the best fit.
It starts with getting in touch.
From there, we’ll confirm your date, walk through your event details, and guide you through a simple booking process where you can select your options, approve designs, make payments, and handle everything all in one place.
You’ll also be able to make updates as your event approaches, so everything stays organized and stress-free from start to finish.
If plans change, cancellation timing determines eligibility for refunds.
Cancellations made 14 days or more before your event are eligible for a refund, minus the deposit and any custom or non-refundable add-ons. Within 14 days, refunds are typically not available, though we always do our best to review situations individually.
If we ever need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund is provided.
